PayPal launched in Egypt market in 2013. but with only send money option. they had opened the receive money option last year on 14 Aug, 2014. But in less than a month PayPal Egypt suspended the receive and withdraw options. Service gets back in action Today, Good news for Egyptians!

and select Egypt from drop-down list. you will have the result like that:
